Shipping

Online orders are shipped Tuesday through Friday from 10:30 am-5:30 pm EST, excluding holidays. Please allow 2-5 business days for processing, and provide all address details, including apartment/suite/unit number. Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email notification with your order # and purchase summary. Orders that cannot be received for whatever reason will either be re-shipped (at the customer’s expense) or cancelled.

Please note that Nine Lives Boutique is not responsible for any product loss and/or delays of orders following shipment from our store to the shipping address. Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty or indemnity and cannot be used as a reason for cancelling an order.

Nine Lives Boutique reserves the right to cancel any orders at our discretion.

TAXES

Taxes are not included in the sale price and will be added where applicable by law for all Canadian orders.

Since Nine Lives Boutique only ships within Canada we are not responsible for any additional duties or taxes. In the case of refusal, the recipient will still be liable for shipping fees, taxes and any additional customs and duties.

 

RETURNS

We do not offer returns or refunds. All sales are final so be sure to closely review the item before you purchase. If you have an issue with an item you receive please email 9livesboutiquetwo@gmail.com, or call or visit the store during store hours. 

Nine Lives Boutique is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages that may occur during the shipment process.
